What GraviFi is
GraviFi is software: a program on Solana (HHmD4ZP5he9GrcmcNrpjahyK1dWh2MhMwmVpiPRJsw3G, source at github.com/gravifi/gravifi) and an app that builds transactions for it. Each basket is a vault the program controls. GraviFi never holds your funds: your wallet signs every transaction, and the tokens sit either in your wallet or in a basket's vault.
By using the site or the app you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use them.
Not advice, not an offer
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything, GRAVI included. Anyone can create a basket and choose its name and ticker; a name or ticker doesn't mean the basket is endorsed by, or tracks, anything it resembles. Check what a basket holds before you buy it.
Who may use it
You must be of legal age where you live, and allowed to use services like this one there. You may not use GraviFi from a comprehensively sanctioned country or if you are a sanctioned person; the app keeps buying closed in those countries. Some listed tokens, tokenized stocks among them, are not offered by their issuers to US persons or to residents of certain other countries: their issuers' terms apply to you, and following the rules that apply where you are is your responsibility.
Redeeming
You can hand in your basket shares for their slice of the basket's tokens at any time, without asking anyone. One exception: the issuer of a token can pause it or freeze accounts holding it, and a frozen token can't be paid out until the issuer lifts it. You can still redeem: you take every other token and leave that one behind, where it stays in the basket for its remaining holders. The app tells you when this applies and asks before doing it.
Fees
Every mint and redeem pays the protocol 0.40% of the shares; half of it buys back and burns GRAVI. The app charges 0.05% of each trade it routes. A basket's creator may charge up to 0.20% a year. The Solana network charges its own fees, and swaps cost their price impact.
Risks
Software. The program and the app can have bugs. GraviFi has not yet been independently audited. A bug could lose funds.
Issuers. Tokenized stocks and other issued tokens depend on their issuers: they can freeze or pause a token, take it back, change it, or fail. Their terms, not ours, govern what the token is a claim on.
Markets. Prices move, sometimes to zero; memecoins especially. A basket is worth what its tokens are worth. Thin markets mean you may get a worse price than shown, and a trade beyond its price limit fails.
Prices. The app trades on live prices. When they're unavailable it refuses to trade rather than use old ones, so at times you may not be able to buy or sell for USDC; redeeming for the tokens doesn't depend on prices.
Rebalancing. Keepers rebalance baskets toward their target weights. Each rebalance trades on the market and costs something, and between rebalances a basket drifts from its targets.
Your wallet. Whoever controls your wallet's keys controls your funds. If you lose them, nobody can recover them, and transactions can't be reversed.
Rules. The laws on tokens, tokenized stocks and services like this one are changing, and a change could limit what GraviFi or a listed token can do.
No warranty
GraviFi is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, GraviFi and its team are not liable for losses from using it, including those from the risks above. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
